A simple oil change should not take two hours to complete.I had an 8:20 appointment and didn’t leave the dealership to almost 1030 .This is unreasonable and there was no additional value to the serv complete.I had an 8:20 appointment and didn’t leave the dealership to almost 1030 .This is unreasonable and there was no additional value to the service that I received. .In the future, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere where a simple oil change will take me no longer than 45 minutes to an hour!! I went in to trade in my 2014 ford escape and financed a 2021 rav 4, leida was our salesperson and had to wait a week to go back and pick up the car.
