Sid Eng was our salesman last week when my husband and I purchased our brand new 2024 Civic Touring model. He was very kind, professional and reassuring , as I had never driven a car with the latest Sensing purchased our brand new 2024 Civic Touring model. Absolutely no customer service. Service guys do not follow up with customers for hours turns out no one is working on the car at all! No apology, then followed by false promise of " Service guys do not follow up with customers for hours turns out no one is working on the car at all! No apology, then followed by false promise of "I will not charge you" which is then taken back at time of payment . "Hey manager did not approve and you have to pay" . These guys are terrible at customer service with zero loyalty to repeat customers. I will take my business elsewhere. More

We traveled from Oregon to Kirkland Honda because of the effort made by Jaqueline in finding our CRV hybrid touring. After being told by our local dealer that Honda didn’t build the platinum white pearl wit effort made by Jaqueline in finding our CRV hybrid touring. After being told by our local dealer that Honda didn’t build the platinum white pearl with the grey interior, Jacque located the car for us in less than a day. She had all necessary paperwork in order when we arrived and the 2 state transaction was near seamless.
