ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They performed unauthorized inspections that I specifically told them NOT to do. They said they’d finish on Saturday and would call me. They didn’t call until the following Tuesday after they were closed. The technician was condescending and did not listen. Manager was supposed to contact me Friday. It’s now Wednesday and still no call. It was a terrible experience and they tried taking advantage of me. More

The capacity of the place I think is lesser than the number of customers. Very busy and sometimes it is not easy to estimate your time there and plan a head. Employees are attentive, educated and cordial. The wait was ridiculous for an Oil change, was told was going to be 1.5 hrs, it took almost 3.5hrs. During that time not even water was offered to me, like in previous occasions. They did put vending macho there, but of course you have to pay for it, on top of the hefty prices for the maintenance. Got a text that my vehicle was ready and I went up to the front and the lady said that i had to wait for the tech to bring the keys to them. It took 45 min and someone else coming over to me to ask about me front and the lady said that i had to wait for the tech to bring the keys to them. It took 45 min and someone else coming over to me to ask about me for the person to finally come look for me. Then he lied and said that he called my name which absolutely wasn't true because I was right by the door the entire time. Horrible experience. To start with he was rude from the start. Marvin was his name. Horrible. I will be going to honda ar Richie station from here on out. More
