My go to service advisor is Sue Falisi. She always gives great customer service. She always provides detailed feedback from the technician. Which makes the service process a very understand She always gives great customer service. She always provides detailed feedback from the technician. Which makes the service process a very understandable one. You always know if an item is an urgent repair issue or if it’s something that can wait a while. Sue operates with integrity and knowledge simply put she knows what she’s doing. She knows what she’s talking about and she operates with honesty.
