I arrived for my appointment and nobody greeted me upon arrival. I had to find a serviceman for assistance. I was quoted a 3-3.5 hr wait for an oil change. I called back about 4.5 hrs later because I didn’ arrival. I had to find a serviceman for assistance. I was quoted a 3-3.5 hr wait for an oil change. I called back about 4.5 hrs later because I didn’t hear anything and was told they were short staffed and they hadn’t gotten to my car yet. I was then told an additional 45 min. When I arrived I found the same person who helped me the first time and he said he didn’t know the status of my car and had to refer me to somebody else. The entire oil change service took 5.15 hours from drop off to pickup. More
