This was my son’s first car - he’s almost 18. In our first visit, he was able to test drive the CX-5 and CX-50. After thinking about it, we went back and were able to drive a CX-70, the 50 and 5 In our first visit, he was able to test drive the CX-5 and CX-50. After thinking about it, we went back and were able to drive a CX-70, the 50 and 5 again, and then the CX-5 Carbon, which we ultimately bought. Neal facilitated the road tests and was very low pressure. He understood that my son was a car guy who was balancing IIHS safety ratings, Consumer Reports rankings, and how he felt behind the wheel in making a decision. And once we got to the purchase documents, the team was great. Both Neal and Karlie helped things go smoothly and quickly while the car was being prepped.
