Bought 2021 Civic sport certified from Hamilton Honda 3 months ago, I started hearing like humming noise coming from the rear tires, went to Hamiton Honda and saw CHRIS ALFINITO and he was very courteous, months ago, I started hearing like humming noise coming from the rear tires, went to Hamiton Honda and saw CHRIS ALFINITO and he was very courteous, respectful and even asked the technician to go with me for a ride, 1.5 hours later Chris told me that my car is ready, he REPLACED BOTH REAR TIRES AND ROTATE THE REAR ONES AND PERFORMED COMPLETE ALIGNMENT ALL FOR FREE, I was so happy that I gave him a hug, he is so nice went above and beyond to make customers happy, and I was very happy indeed, I don’t hear any humming noise any more. I recommend you talk to Chris about any service needs for your Honda. THANKS CHRIS ALFINTINO More

Service technician Benjamin did a great job diagnosing a strange noise coming from my steering wheel. Kudos to him and Service rep Kendall. Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I took a picture of previous noticeable damage to one of my rims before dropping it off and when I picked up my car the wheel was still in the same s I took a picture of previous noticeable damage to one of my rims before dropping it off and when I picked up my car the wheel was still in the same spot so that's how I know the $30 tire rotation wasn't completed. The receptionist told me to speak with one of the service writers that was still there. Michael Perri was the service writer I was directed to and when I asked him if I could have written proof for the $30 credit to my account (which should have just been returned to my card in the first place) He told me he couldn't and I can take a picture with my phone. I wasn't satisfied with the legitimacy of taking a picture of the computer for proof of the credit to my account so I asked him if he could go get a manager he told me "considering I was supposed to leave 15 minutes ago no" That comment was absolutely disrespectful and will only be using this dealership to reap the benefits of my free oil changes for life. Can only Imagine how many innocent people pay $30 for them to do nothing. More

Oh and I still haven’t gotten that money back and it’s been months. They never even serviced the truck I bought and it had dead batteries! You can’t make this stuff up man. I had to spend $2,900 to get the truck completely serviced and dialed in. I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING USED CAR SALESMAN!!! More

Price is expensive. Estimated service price is not accurate. If you know there's a fee for disposable fee, why don't you include in the estimate.
