I brought my car in for an estimate. It took 3 days to complete and the service manager was very hard to reach the first 2 days. Finally got the estimate, over 6,000.000 dollars. First off you make an “appt” to just speak with an advisor not for the actual service you need done. After they get you in to speak with them they inform you that it’ll be 2+ hours to do routine oil c advisor not for the actual service you need done. After they get you in to speak with them they inform you that it’ll be 2+ hours to do routine oil change. Since you’ve already taken off from work to “speak” with an advisor you’re kinda of forced to stay and get the service done. Then it takes closer to 3 hours for your routine maintenance so you feel like the dealership doesn’t respect your time. On top of all that I don’t believe they performed all needed maintenance that was scheduled like air filters and such in that lengthy time frame. And worst of all my brand new car that smelled like a new car when I brought it in now smells like a mechanic with bad body odor every time you turn on the ac. They clearly don’t respect your time or vehicle here More
Communication is the worst. Had to speak to the manager in order for them to agree to work on the car as they said it’s a issue that takes to long to deal with so they don’t do Had to speak to the manager in order for them to agree to work on the car as they said it’s a issue that takes to long to deal with so they don’t do it (software update) was told car HAD to be there no later than 7:30am however they did not start working on the car until about 2:45pm when they called to ask why the car was there the notes from the service person did not make sense. After a few more hours was called told the update failed and I would have to bring the car in again when they can order the parts. When I picked up the car I was told that is was fully completed and updated however the paperwork stated no work performed and the software version in the car is the same one I gave them and several version behind what the Kia website says it should be. Called the next day and no one seems to know if parts were ordered or not as the only note was that update failed and I picked up the car. I spent the next few days trying to get a hold of anyone there but getting a call back is apparently against the dealerships religion or something. Finally got a hold of someone who knew nothing but said he will call me back and he did unfortunately with absolutely no additional information. More
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The employees were extremely rude and incredibly unprofessional.
