Thorough, straightforward, and everything explained in plain English. I took my car to world car genesis/ hyundai, the car was misdiagnosed they said I had no warranty and they said once they found a p plain English. This was my first time at this location. I needed a 10K service done on my vehicle. My service advisor was Jerry Williams, and overall, I was satisfied with my visit. The brand new location was aesthetically pleasing--brand new and modern. Getting my vehicle serviced took longer than expected but Jerry was able to give me a loner car right away so that I wouldn't have to miss an office meeting that afternoon. I ended up picking up my vehicle towards the end of the day. It was a smooth transaction and did not encounter any more delays. The only negative encounter I had with this visit was that I was not informed about getting my service done at this new location. I made my appointment online, and apparently, the online systems don't sync up with the local sites' interconnected network. I found this very odd since the facility was brand new. I would hope that they have the ability to sync all their systems to accommodate the modern landscape of online communication. More
