Personally, I always dread looking for a new car- it can be a long, drawn out and a stressful job like experience. But my salesman Chris Young went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. Also, it was a no pressure, stress free experience and environment. And last but not least his follow ups after the purchase were even more appreciated. I told my wife that for the future I will not deal with any other dealership but Gates Honda.
