I found myself in Austin for a few days, away from my normal Honda dealership in Dallas. I needed an oil change, engine coolant serviced, as well as a state inspection. During their inspection they not normal Honda dealership in Dallas. I needed an oil change, engine coolant serviced, as well as a state inspection. During their inspection they noticed that my HVAC condenser was faulty, and that it would take 6+ hours to fix. I was promptly put into a brand new loaner car, and the HVAC service was covered under warranty. Great service by Dylan and the team. More
Friendly, professional, & attentive salesman and used car manager. I know the finance manager doesn’t make money on a cash deal but the finance manager is the one reason I didn’t give five stars.
