We have purchased several cars from Advantage Ford and Lincoln and had our cars serviced there for over 20 years, never has the service been as bad as it was yesterday. Atrocious customer service all-around at this location. I called in once to check on a vehicle. The sales rep Jose called me 6 times to follow up but when I call back to get more information he's impossibl I called in once to check on a vehicle. The sales rep Jose called me 6 times to follow up but when I call back to get more information he's impossible to get ahold of. Him and Yanni the sales manager give conflicting information and were extremely incompetent. One day they tell me I'm approved and the next day they retracted a the financing approval from Ford and refused to give me a reason. I had to call 9 times in a single day to get anyone to call me back and the GM David Zarabi refused to show the basic courtesy of addressing my issues. Really horrible business acumen all around at this dealership. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. More

Marco is a super helpful service representative. Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection Nothing but praise for him. However, they had our vehicle for over 2 weeks to repair 2 different recalls and an oil leak they found on the inspection. I can't help but think that it took longer for our vehicle to get done because repairs were covered under our warranty. Also, this dealership does not provide loaner vehicles which created a massive inconveinance for us. We were offered a rental a week into the process, but that seems crazy for us to pay for a rental car because of an incredibly slow repair time. I also have several friends who have had similar experiences like ours. More
