Kristeen, Your satisfaction is always important to us. We haven’t washed service vehicles in over three years, due to lack of staffing. We service over 600 vehicles per week and that is a lot of extra cars to wash. I have some car wash vouchers that you are welcome to. I spoke with Kyle. He did not mistake you for another customer, he just mistakenly input the information as customer pay, instead of warranty. So, he had to quickly, reprint the invoice. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to stop by, we can reset the clock, if you haven’t already, and we will fill your tank for you.
