When repair took longer than expected, they provided a loaner car (without my asking) and delivered my vehicle to my home the next morning. I'm suspecting if the tire really needs to be replaced or not. If you showed the damage on the tire delailed, it would be much better. At least you should show me it directly not on the monitor. not.
