I am disappointed with this dealerships communication with their customers. I never received a call in two days when they were working on my car. I had to stop by and get an update by visiting in perso with their customers. I never received a call in two days when they were working on my car. Communication regarding my fix to when I should get an inspection was never relayed to me so I ended up waiting 2 hours for someone to tell me I had to drive my car more because the motor was reset. I wish there was better communication so I was not guessing at things. More

My salesman , john doino, is spot on with his knowledge of cars im interested in as well as his superior customer service skills. Salesmanager paul was super courteous and worked with me in every aspect of of cars im interested in as well as his superior customer service skills. I have had issues with my Ioniq since purchasing the vehicle with fixes that are readily available with some research.
