Nancy was pleasant, I wish there would have been better communication when it came to explaining interest rates as it was only brought up when I asked about it at the very end. This could have unfortunately been the reason for not getting the car. But she was able to find a better deal and that did help, I just feel that being transparent earlier would have not made me a first-time buyer so uneasy. Nonetheless, the manager on the floor that day also did an amazing job and I truly appreciate that! More
