Negotiations on price were a little bit harder because I never saw or met the sales manager. Fernando acted as the go between. Sort of old school negotiation, which I didn't much care for. I consider myself a reasonable buyer, but I was irked by how long it took and the niggling on the sales manger's part over price became annoying. I was ready to walk. In the end a compromise was reached and I left with the vehicle I wanted. I feel that a 4-hour transaction was too long. Both Fernando and the finance manager I worked with were excellent and customer service oriented. I would happily work with either one again. More

Had an app at 3pm, waited for one hr to be helped. I went there looking for a specific car. They treated me like they were gonna waste their time on me. No customer service whatsoever.
