Don't buy from this dealer or get service. First if you buy a Hyundai Genesis and you get the 3-month complimentary service it will seem like great. Then after the 3 months are up then you are at the mercy of this dealer due to the fact Hyundai has shut down all service centers in a 50-mile radius. So, you only have this dealer, Lexington, KY or Kettering, Ohio. Now if you need service get ready to wait, no one will call you back only email or text. They keep telling me nothing was wrong with car for 2 years told to turn up radio etc. Then I found there is a bulletin not a recall but a bulletin for my drive train, but they had no clue just keep telling me nothing was wrong. So, I emailed them 7 days ago and still have not heard from them called no one answers so here I sit. The car is worse than when I put it in the shop. Remind you this car is a 2019 with only 45,000 miles on it and garage kept. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here and don't buy a Hyundai anything their case managers/customer service is so bad. Think of the worst customer service/relationship/divorce that is what it is like. I have spoken to several customers at this dealer, and they are very disappointed. Look up at the Attorney General in Ohio this dealer has complaints along with Better Business Bureau. Save yourself please and stay away. More
