Phil and Jennifer were very helpful in regards to getting the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my card. I am not sure what the difficulty was or why the individual made the interaction uncomfortable. Overall happy with the service from the all other parties involved. More

Arrived and was greeted right away, got shown where I could relax while the work was being completed. Took less time than they said it would, which is a plus. Also everyone was super friendly.
