Noah, Preston, Dave, Tj and all the staff at the Souderton location were Rock Stars! This was the first time buying a car in 18yrs and they made everything super easy and overall an absolutely wonde Souderton location were Rock Stars! I took my car for repair because the backup camera was only working intermittently. They charged $300 for a software update. They told me the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I put the car in rev only working intermittently. They charged $300 for a software update. They told me the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I put the car in reverse to leave the dealership parking lot, the camera was not working. Then waited around for another 45 minutes to be told the next step in the repair process was $1,200 and if that didn’t work, the final fix option was another $1,200. I’ll just use my mirrors. I think charging $300 for a software update that didn’t work is excessive. More
