He is knowledgeable, intelligible, diligent, funny and seems like he enjoys what he does; No one likes bringing their vehicle in, but he is a breath of fresh air and will work above and beyond to get you answers, work you into the schedule and verify that the work done on your vehicle was done right. I had a concern that I called Jeremy on and asked if I could being my vehicle in to get it looked at early morning. He got me in and out in 1 day, quickest turn around I've ever had at a dealer.
