I did contact you directly. When I tried to explain my frustration, Robby Pion told me I was "looking for fight" and declined to help resolve any issues. He was short with me and rude. He doesn't need my money and acts accordingly. I do wish he would have been patient and sympathetic with me, but alas he was not; not even a little bit. Unfortunately, as a human being, when we are upset, we need someone to tell. He did not want to listen and that's when I came on this platform to vent. I'm too old to give my hard earned money to unkind people. I will save my money for someone that cares and wants to help. Best Wishes
