Friendly service from the workers, the wait was almost 1. 5 hours longer than what I was told it was going to be when I set up the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I pulled into the service bay at 1:20, didn’t leave until almost 4:00pm. But again, the crew members and people I interacted with were super friendly, and multiple people checked on me after noticing I’d been waiting for awhile, which was nice. Made me feel better about waiting so long knowing every person working in the service shop offices were attentive and I feel like they genuinely cared about my time, despite the unexpected wait. 10/10! More
