Although the staff was consistently friendly, they were not efficient on communicating the delays or updates regarding my vehicle. I was told repeatedly they would only have my vehicle for 24 hours and it not efficient on communicating the delays or updates regarding my vehicle. I was told repeatedly they would only have my vehicle for 24 hours and it turned into two days. they would have kept it for three had I not called them and told them that I needed my vehicle back immediately. They stated they were waiting for a part to be delivered and it could be delivered anytime the following day by 2:30 PM. My frustration with this is they should have notified me the moment they realized that they didn’t have the part to complete the work. I had to call twice to get updates on my vehicle and I still haven’t received a call back letting me know the park came in so they could complete the job. More
