I reached out to the sales team early in the week and worked with Ada. She got extra pictures together and a current video of the vehicle. After some discussion, we decided on price, trade-in specifics, and the timing of transaction due to us travelling from San Antonio and previous commitments at home. We pre-arranged as much as possible in advance so the process would be quick when I arrived. That being said, I still thought I’d be waiting some before everything was done. We met at the specified time, verified all of the already provided paperwork and details, got into financing for all of the documents, and got the keys all in about an hour. I went to Beck and Masten to service my car. My lease was almost up so I decided to go and visit sales while I was waiting. I was interested in one of two vehicles. I worked with Ena Pasasin. She worked very hard at making sure I purchased the best vehicle for me with a monthly payment that I approved of. She took time to help me understand and compare the features in both vehicles so I could figure out which car I was more interested in. After purchasing the vehicle, Ena helped me understand how to use the features in my vehicle. She went above and behind. She was awesome. Everyone at Beck and Masten was wonderful.
