Had my car serviced by Justin and let me tell you this was the smoothest experience I have ever had. He was able to do my regular servicing and thank the heavans he noticed a nail in my tire. Got it approved by my tire warranty, washed it, vacuumed it and, had it all done in less time than what he quoted. Truly a stellar experience that will keep me coming here time and time again. They CANNOT finance for work visa holders, and this was only presented to me after CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER, DON'T BOTHER WITH BMW South Austin. They CANNOT finance for work visa holders, and this was only presented to me after the deal was secured. It's surprising considering BMW is a popular choice among work visa holders. This is the first time I've heard of a dealer not being able to finance for people with work visas. I had to go with a different dealer to secure a deal. Apart from this, I was impressed with the knowledge, and customer service I received from the team. They were quick in presenting offers and every details of the car was portrayed transparently.
