Took me 5 hours to change a tire and although they offered shuttle services they are pretty restrictive as to what they can do that’s not planned in advance. Yvette was great but didn’t provide enough information on time frame although I did tell her my whereabouts vans she finally told me when the car was actually started but it was 2 hours before they finished. Next time I will take an Uber to go home and back. Also after the high fees you charge a 3 percent surcharge for using a credit card. Boo! More

I brought my BMW 530e in 6 times to fix the drivetrain & regenerative braking warning and 4 days after returning it the warning to consult the dealer about these issues appeared again showing the dealership regenerative braking warning and 4 days after returning it the warning to consult the dealer about these issues appeared again showing the dealership was incapable of fixing it. Nice people but no results and no explanation of what was wrong and how they fixed it. More
