They are thieves and liars. They knew for almost a full week ahead of time I was coming to Vegas to see and test drive the car, they hadn’t even clean it up there was trash, lea They knew for almost a full week ahead of time I was coming to Vegas to see and test drive the car, they hadn’t even clean it up there was trash, leaves and other stuff all over car and in car. They hadn’t even checked anything to see if it worked. I still went on and bought the car with a promise they would get the few things I noticed fixed and long with a full service. Big mistake I should’ve never bought it. When I purchased it had a cold air intake on it and a Engine splash guard when I got it back it was missing the cold air intake, and it had no engine splash guard on And then they claimed they put in a new AC compressor and it’s not new they just recharged the system. They did bad detail on it still had trash. They did not change the cabin filter even though they claim they did they did not change the oil. They did not too off any other fluids and they did not change the radiator fluid or check the transmission fluid. I would never recommend these people when it comes to buying a new or used vehicle specially, if you’re female because they like to Try and pull things over your eyes. I will never deal with these people ever again. I have chosen to wipe my hands of them. Next time I buy a car it won’t be here. More

I always take my car to VW dealer since the day I bought my car They are very nice people and their car technicians are very good .
