Very frustrating process from beginning to end and a process that start when we ordered our sienna on Jan 5 2024. Few updates and difficult to connect with sales person. After 4 months the sales person process that start when we ordered our sienna on Jan 5 2024. Few updates and difficult to connect with sales person. After 4 months the sales person called to say they could trade for the color we wanted but it would be an upgrade $4,000 would be built in the next few weeks. So after waiting 4 months now then can up-sale us. Then we make an appointment and when we reviewed the payout document it higher by several thousand dollars for exterior and interior coating and special windshield coating that we did not order. We couldn’t get them to remove all charges it forced us either take the van with half off charges or cancel order. After a quick review of the van and test drive whole process took about 40 minutes then we had to wait almost 2 hours and 20 minutes to meet finance person. By the way we were paying cash. Frustrating process. More
