Purchase a new GMC AT4. Service will not answer the phone after three months of calls to schedule. Get sent to the call center, and call center cannot reach dealership. I Service will not answer the phone after three months of calls to schedule. Get sent to the call center, and call center cannot reach dealership. I figured service would be a big source of revenue. This dealership has been this way for years! More
All around excellent staff, everyone helped us through the whole purchase process. We came in with a specific set of requirements in our new vehicle and the sales staff worked very hard to find a vehicle the whole purchase process. We came in with a specific set of requirements in our new vehicle and the sales staff worked very hard to find a vehicle that met all our requirements. The finance gentleman worked very hard to ensure we had excellent financing options. Everyone, was pleasant to work with. I recommend these folks to anyone interested in a new vehicle. I would like to commend the thoroughness Melissa our sales representative took when showing us all the features of our new vehicle. Well done! More

We made an inquiry about a very hard to find vehicle which was on the AutoNation lot. was very good. Our salesman, Julio Marroquin was outstanding. We made an inquiry about a very hard to find vehicle which was on the AutoNation lot. Julio contacted us to let us know the vehicle had been sold. However, the next day, Julio reached out to let us know the deal had fallen through and the vehicle was available. Julio helped us arrange a deposit and hold the vehicle until we could get to the dealership the next day. We are thrilled with our purchase and with the help we got from Julio. More

I regret to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience at AutoNation Buick GMC, specifically with Nick Sandberg. I attempted to buy a vehicle in cash, and everything seemed promising until they insisted on proof of my "authority" to make the purchase under a business. Despite being legally listed as CO Owner on our bank account, they encountered issues verifying my authorization. They pulled our articles of incorporation, which, according to legal advice, do not specify signing authorization beyond the listed owner. In an attempt to comply, I consulted with and provided a legal statement signed by all necessary parties upon the dealership's request, but they failed to specify the required format until less than 10 minutes before my arrival. After multiple visits, they eventually demanded a company letterhead for my statement during my final visit. I would have provided all the “necessary” material if they had simply spelled it out. These requirements seemed entirely unnecessary and were deemed excessive by both my banker and the fleet manager at Chevy, whom I consulted on the matter. This ordeal has been frustrating, extremely time-consuming, and, in my opinion, reflects poorly on the dealership's understanding of what proves signing authority. Regardless of their policy, they should have provided an outline of what they deem “adequate authorization” before I drove from the mountains multiple times. This will be a great topic to discuss on The Troubleshooter Show. More
