When dropping off my car I wrote down the things I was there for. Screen black in CarPlay, recall, and several error codes. Also I told them I needed my car back by 3. I had a hard time getting in contact there for. Screen black in CarPlay, recall, and several error codes. Also I told them I needed my car back by 3. I had a hard time getting in contact with Miranda to check in on the stat of my car during the day. At 3 she finally text me saying my car would be ready around 4:30 and didn’t tell me anything about the error code stats. Even upon pick up she didn’t tell me about the error codes. I don’t recommend Walnut Creek VW to anyone I care about. This isn’t the first time we have received poor customer service here More

I called to check on my car, for rental car reasons, I was transferred to a voicemail. I called back to ask if I can speak to a live person because I had a certain window for the rental. The lady who answ was transferred to a voicemail. I called back to ask if I can speak to a live person because I had a certain window for the rental. The lady who answered the phone said she would take a message and have them call me back, I said ok and then she hung up. I quickly called back to ask if she needed my information to leave a message, such as my name and phone number and to my surprise, the phone was picked up and she hung up again. There was no hello, there was no, can you please hold. Nothing. So I called back again, and she hung up again. I called back again and a man answers the phone and was surprised to hear I got hung up on. He assured me he wouldn’t have up on me and put me on hold. From there I spoke to my advisor about the car. He said since my 5 day rental with my warranty was up there’s nothing they can do about that and my car still won’t be ready until maybe the following day. (It was in the shop more than 5 days prior) I eventually called the car rental place and to my surprise the dealership added a day for me. I was so stressed out the entire morning about what I’m going to do, how will I get my child to school, how will I get to work, only for them to not communicate with me. I am greatful for the added day. I just wish communication took place instead of hanging up on me and then telling me there’s nothing they can do. 2 stars for added an extra day. Besides that… I did not have the best experience with them. I wasn’t mean to anyone, didn’t yell at anyone. This was my first experience with Volkswagen ever. More

I’ve had some questionable feelings about past visits. But, this is the most serious service i had to bring my car in for since it stopped on me. I appreciate all the help, knowledge, and even a video exp But, this is the most serious service i had to bring my car in for since it stopped on me. I appreciate Marina and those who helped me because as a college student who pays for my own expenses this visit was crucial. More
