Adil was the perfect salesperson. He was patient and explained everything. He worked very hard to put me in the Jeep that I wanted. Took my Jeep there for services 5 times. Every time the jeep came back still broken. The information was given to the Manager over the Technicians and was verified to be correct. " New parts where still sitting on the technicians parts shelf. This happened twice even when I emailed the manager with pictures of the old parts still on the jeep with the part numbers next to the pictures. They do not have an inspection process to make sure mistakes do not happen and to keep the crooked technicians accountable. So the dealership is getting paid for work they have not done. My jeep is not fully fixed, I was asked to bring it back in so they can "fit it correctly".. Nope.. sorry not going to take it back so they can make more mistakes and mess it up more.. More
