At first entry, greeted by the lovely Maria @ the front desk. Immediately, pointed us in the direction to Zakk Kim's desk. Such a lovely, helpful and informative salesman. Long story short, we made the purchase of the vehicle we were interested in. A 2016 Mitsubishi, Outlander SEL. What a beauty......what a smooth ride.
Bobby was awesome......and what can I say about Tiki, that hasn't been said already. She is beyond......any wonderful compliment about her, please imagine 10-fold.
My daughter & I enjoyed our brief time there. Zakk, was such a great person to speak to in regard to what we were in search for and what we could do to make the experience far beyond our expectations.
Thank YOU, Universal Mitsubishi, for the great service, great coffee and above all great staff.

I specifically asked for her to not have anything to do with my transaction. She apparently communicated through Zakk and did everything anyway. I would highly recommend she be fired after her behavior and the manager Carlos and Zakk need significant retraining. I walked away from San Jose Mitsubishi because of a disrespectful salesperson. I wish I had walked away from Universal as well. Zakk was kind and helpful at first, but deceiving me, or any customer, when dealing with personal information and running credit is certainly unethical and probably illegal. This is the 5th Mitsubishi I have owned and it will definitely be the last, no matter how much I like or dislike the car after my experience with these two dealerships.

Thank you so much for your feed back. If it wasn't for the numerous, endless 5 Star reviews, I would put my head down and apologize for the unnecessary experience. In an effort to assist since you were unable to come to store, there may have been a miscommunication. Something that would have surfaced and as the transaction progressed, and it did. For training purposes we record calls. As in this case when I reviewed it, we failed to find the rudeness or unprofessional in our Finance managers voice. On the contrary she at one point asked you... not to yell and questioned why you were been rude. Her only participation was to process the information you facilitated to submit to the lender, nothing else.
I regret that you've had unfortunate similar experiences, I've learned that often patterns indicate the origin off issues. I sincerely apologize you feel we handled things with lies, deception and disrespect. Understanding the value of customers, that obviously was not our intent. Do Not Flaw the brand, Mitsubishi is a wonderful vehicle, which is why you've owned 5.

If you do not want honest reviews, don't pester customers to give them. I had ONE similarly rude and disrespectful experience. Falsely stating that I am the problem, insulting me and apologizing in a self-serving way does nothing to improve your determined lack of customer service skills, which was the point of my review. Apparently you heard a different conversation than I had, which, conveniently, is not available to me. It takes a ton of disrespectful behavior to push me to the point that I am walking away from Mitsubishi because of customer service.
Reviews are to help a company improve and warn potential customers of others' bad experiences, but all you seem to want is to write backhanded apologies and excuses when I simply told the truth, gave credit where it was due and was done with you until you wrote this.
How dare you think it is appropriate or acceptable to tell me "Do not flaw the brand" when your shady advertising of pricing, intentionally deceiving custumers, submitting private information and running credit for financing before pricing is even discussed, Tiki repeatedly yelling that she's not the DMV rather than answering a simple question two different times, etc, etc is more than enough to "flaw the brand" yourselves.
I don't want to be the reason anyone else ever has to go through what I did just to buy a car from you, or any other Mitsubishi dealership.
Overall great customer service.
