Salesman Bennett was condescending/rude. At one point I asked him (3rd time) about a detail I wanted, attended to. Sales managers Zack and Jordan were magnificent! We had a difficult transport situation and they were both excellent with their service and communication. For spending $100,000; I experienced polar opposites of treatment. All the call takers were excellent, providing great service, and were very polite. More
