Once I made up my mind to buy a new truck, I did a lot of research on the internet. After wading through buckets of information, My first choice was a Toyota Tacoma, and a Nissan Frontier was a close seco of research on the internet. After wading through buckets of information, My first choice was a Toyota Tacoma, and a Nissan Frontier was a close second. As I parked my vehicle on Eddy's lot, Zach Came out to meet me. I am 67, and Zach is a lot younger, but we got along very well. I explained to zach what I wanted and how I wanted it to go. No high pressure, no calling me every two or three days, and that I was going to take my time. The first day we looked at several tacoma's and I showed Zach print out of what I wanted and the extras I wanted and those I did not want. He intoduced me to Landon and we covered the same things. I came back about 5 days later to do a test drive. I had called Zach to make sure he would be there to help me. Also at this time I had drived the Frontier, and had visited a couple of other Toyota dealers in the area. I was also in contact with 4 other Toyota dealers in the KC area and 1 in Oklahoma City. After Test driving the Tacoma, Zach and I talked some more, But I was not ready to talk actuall price yet. Four days later I brought my wife in to look at the Tacoma. She wanted to see the double cab and if it would have enough room for our grandkids. Four days later Zach left me a phone message (I was out of town), and the next morning I went down to Eddy's (with out calling for zach) to look at a Tacoma Zach thought I might want to see. Zach was not there that day. Blake Silsby was very helpful after I explained why I was looking for Zach. Blake actually called Zach, and I talked to zach on the phone. Zach wanted to come down to the dealership, But I said no. I would rather let Blake show me which Tacoma, Zach was talking about, and I would be back that next morning. Blake showed me the Tacoma, it was everything I wanted except it was a 4x4, and I wanted a 4x2. That next day I did not make it in as early as I had planned. I showed up at around 1pm. Zach and I went back to the truck talked over the pros and cons of the 4x4. Zach with my permisson, turned me over to Landon. We talked about the extra cost in doing a dealer trade, and how there would not be as much meat on the bone. Which meant not as good of a deal. I told Landon I was interested but the extra $1800 to $2000 for the 4x4 was more than I had in my budget or wanted to pay. Landon then introduced me to (I am sure this is the right name, but could be wrong) Brad Silsby. I really liked Brad and how he delt with me. He knew after Talking to me(and Landon) I was not interested in dealing back and forth. Based on all the information I had pulled off the internet, and from the other Toyota Dealers I was in contact with, I knew about what I would and would not pay for this Tacoma. The first Price he shot me was a $1000 less than I thought I would have to have paid. I had no intention of buying this Tacoma at this time. I was waiting on a price quote for a toyota dealer in Merriam KS. But Brad gave me a deal that was to good to turn down. I am a crummy poker player. I am sure Landon and Brad both knew they had me as soon as I saw the proposal. My jaw was on the floor. To say the least, my wife was suprised that evening when I took he fir a drive in the Tacoma, especially since i had told her I would be another 3 to 4 weeks before I would be ready to buy. I have since been back to Eddy's twice, for little things which Zach and Landon both fave been very helpful. I hope someone in upper management of Eddy,s Toyota, reads this. With employees like Zach, Landon, and Brad they will contine being a very successful business. After it is all over do I wish I had done anything different. xxxx no, I love my Tacoma, and am very happy to have bought it at Eddy,s. All to often most of us only give input if we have something to complain about. In my casr it is the exact opposite, I had nothing but good positive experiences at Eddy,s. I forgot two people i would like to mention, but ddo not know their names. The gentleman who filled out all the paperwork, was very helpful. Also the gentleman who took care of me in the parts dept was also very helpful. I want to to thank one more time all those who helped me, but especially Zach who put up with me and was very helpful and did not high pressure me at all. Please to feel free to contact me if anyone has Questions about what I have written More

I purchased a 2013 RAV 4 from Eddy's in May; it was a simple, straight forward transaction. The sales team (Zach Storm in particular) was very helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted. An equita a simple, straight forward transaction. The sales team (Zach Storm in particular) was very helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted. An equitable price was agreed upon for both the new vehicle and my trade-in with a minimum of haggling. The 'out the door' price was clearly shown throughout the transaction. I appreciated this dealership's good selection of vehicles, their willingness to look at several different trade-in / purchase options, the 'no pressure' / no surprises approach, and their efforts to simplify the entire purchase process. I believe that I received a fair deal in getting what I needed in a timely manner, but without the hassle. I would recommend Eddy's, and will continue to use them for my vehicle needs. More
