Mercedes C400 Purchase When news of the upcoming new Mercedes C-class appeared in the press in January 2014, I spoke with Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and asked When news of the upcoming new Mercedes C-class appeared in the press in January 2014, I spoke with Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and asked him to put my name on the list of pre-orders. We specified the options in May or June with the benefit of Zach's thorough knowledge. Zach continued to follow-up during the summer to make sure that the car would be built as ordered, using his contacts at MBUSA to clarify issues. The new C400 arrived at the beginning of September and I took delivery on September 9. Financially, the deal was very fair and I received a good trade-in allowance for my 2008 BMW. Zach introduced the car very well to me at delivery and small issues with the car have been promptly taken care of. I am delighted with the C400 and with the purchase experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and the people there continue to impress me with their commitment to make the MB ownership experience second-to-none. More
