I’ve been a loyal Chevrolet owner my entire life — my great-grandfather even owned a Chevrolet dealership in Virginia — so it’s very disappointing to say that Southern Chevrolet did a poor job representi great-grandfather even owned a Chevrolet dealership in Virginia — so it’s very disappointing to say that Southern Chevrolet did a poor job representing the Chevrolet brand. The sales team showed little motivation to sell and continuously pressured me to finance the vehicle even though I was paying cash. The general manager and I agreed on a price, but when it came time to sign, the finance manager suddenly added unexpected costs. After hours of frustration, I reluctantly paid just to complete the process. The entire experience took over six hours and felt deceptive and exhausting. I will never purchase from Southern Chevrolet again and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. This dealership does not reflect the values or integrity I’ve always associated with Chevrolet.
