Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing. There are no MItsubishi dealerships in my area so I have about a 2 hour drive and Zach couldn't have been more sympathetic. He kept in constant contact with me, notifying me when parts arrived so I wasn't making an unnecessary trip. He was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I had to rush. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team. Even Megan the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. What a great staff!!! More

Haven't had the vehicle for 2 weeks and it's been in for repairs once and now second time coming up. Not too happy with the way vehicle is performing.
