They provide a summary of how many services you have left on the plan each time and send a summary email so you always know where you stand. I initially thought I needed my cabin and air filters changed, but Yvonne said for us to just take a look at them first before changing them if that's not needed. I appreciated her looking out for me. She brought them to me to show me what they looked like while I was in the waiting area and told me they were ok until the next service but I went ahead and had them changed anyway because I have some long road trips coming up, but again, appreciate honesty and not charging for work unless it's needed. More
