I have been with KIA since 2010. Reason I have stayed with KIA this long has been because of excellent customer service. When I bought my 2024 KIA Sportage and needed to bring my Reason I have stayed with KIA this long has been because of excellent customer service. When I bought my 2024 KIA Sportage and needed to bring my vehicle in for service, I noticed many new faces and unfortunately the experience that I had was extremely stressful. Follow up with customer by service advisor DEFINITELY needs to be improved. I was told that Ryan Cross was new, so I am hoping that his customer service skills will improve. Customer communication was Literally non-Existent. Had I not made it a point to be proactive and reach out via text, as phone calls were not returned, I would not have heard anything. Which continued to be a challenge throughout the time my vehicle was there, I then felt the need to reach out to the General Manager Yohan Danino and Service Manager, Jose Toledo. These two gentleman were EXCELLENT. They both took the time to listen and HEAR my concerns. They took the time to research the issue, pick up the phone and contact their counterparts for assistance and managed to resolve issue within a 2 week period after our initial conversation. The timeframe that my brand new car was at KIA for service was from July 23, 2024 to September 10, 2024. Overall I will continue with KIA. as I have recently purchased my new car from them. I am hopeful that KIA of Leesburg will be able to keep their current Managers on staff, as well as provide educational opportunities to their service advisors on the importance of customer service as that is probably 90% of their job. Customer service and perception are key to a happy buyer/customer. Thank you for giving the opportunity to share my experience with KIA of Leesburg. More

Internet posting of the car I purchased, was incorrect, listing premium features the car didn’t have. When I arrived to make my purchase, it was pouring down raining, which didn’t allow me to do a complet listing premium features the car didn’t have. When I arrived to make my purchase, it was pouring down raining, which didn’t allow me to do a complete inspection of the car. After discovering,the car did not have premium features, as the ad claimed, I was told by Y. Danino that Kia of Leesburg doesn’t write their ads and is not responsible for errors. This was not an error, it was a complete lie by them, in an attempt to sell a car. Kia of Leesburg is a fraud, posting lies online to make sales and even when caught in a lie, claim no responsibility. Other xx they pull: Their website’s online financing: comes back at an amazing rate but when you get there, it’s much higher. Their website’s trade-in quote: Comes back with an amazing amount for your trade but when you get there, it’s thousands away from the online quote. It’s against the law now but a month before legislation was passed, I was forced to pay $2,000 extra for features I didn’t ask to purchase like rain guard for your windshield and other xx. They refused to remove it. And financing said I had to purchase an extended warranty (even though the car had a manufacturers warranty) and an expensive gap (even though there was a cheaper option). If I didn’t, I wouldn’t get financing. My credit score was 720. Make your own decisions about them, but trust and believe they are swindlers. More

I purchased a Ford Raptor here from out of state. I was told several times everything has been checked and in good condition. The truck arrived and the sunroof doesn’t work. I have reached out several times and the GM will not get back to me. They misrepresented the vehicle condition in writing and verbally. I will be taking appropriate action since they will not do the right thing. More
