We booked an appointment to have the belt trim replaced on our Telluride, Even though we explained in detail that it was a recall and we’d lost the trim on the highway when we booked the appointment, they on our Telluride, Even though we explained in detail that it was a recall and we’d lost the trim on the highway when we booked the appointment, they made us wait an hour before telling us they didn’t have the part and we’d have to come back. Really? There was no way to check the inventory for the recall BEFORe they scheduled the service? They need to review their customer service protocols. More
