I wish there were negative stars to give to this dealership. Let's start from the beginning so you guys can save your nerves, frustrations and time and not choose to do business with them. I live in Illinois and reached out online to them for a pick up. First I got a salesman that after the first message, he vanished. Then a sales lady replied. After providing all the info for the car I was looking for and the trade-in car info, she vanished. Simply dissapeared. Then I reached personally by phone( Which by the way, good luck getting to somebody there, all their voicemails are full and nobody calls back). Finally got Mike to give me a price, I agreed on the price, signed the paperwork, paid for delivery and comes to find out they can't send the car out on a platform for another week. I agreed to have a driver drive it to Illinois. I supossed to get a check for the difference. That check came after 2 weeks of multiple calles and emails. The car came with a dent on the hood, a damaged rim and a slash on the tire. They sent the car with a slashed tire on the side wall that was nowhere near safe to drive across states putting the driver in danger. Next day the battery died. The moment I opened up the hood, I could see the scratches from the jumpers, they jumped the car before. Remember that this was the first time I opened the hood. Finally got Konstantine involved, apparently he's a manager there. Even with that, the miscommunication contined. After a week, they finally scheduled the car to be dropped at a local dealership here in Illinois. The ordeal continued, no loaner, scrambleded around to get a rental. Took the local dealer little over a week to finish the damages and when it was time to pay, they couldn't figure out how to make a payment for it. I ended up making the payment myself again, and then again, I received the check for it 2 weeks later. Imagine that at this point, I purchased the car over a month ago. On top of that, they never paid off my trade-in, the lender is sending late notices to me and I keep getting the run around that they sent the check but the lender confirmed that they never received the check. I'm getting the run around for the last 2 week about the trade-in being paid and nobody can get me an answer. If they paid, why the financing company keeps calling me, if they sent the check to some other place, why they don't cancel that check and send a new one? This entire purchase was a disaster, from fishy sales people that don't answer back, to managers that don't answer or return calls, accounting department that can't match the address on the check with the shipping label(Yes, they sent one of the reimbursment checks to a wrong address), to delays or no communication at all. Try to avoid this place if you can, unless you really need the drama associated with my experience. I see a lot of good reviews but when I look at the bad ones, it seems like for every bad review, they have somebody come in with a good review. Also start filing complaints to stellantis directly, that is the only way to avoid experiences like this. They opened up an investigation on them. At this point there are attorneys involved as well since my credit is on the line. Save your nerves, time and the aggravation and find a different dealer that actually appreciates it's customers.
