I had what I thought to be a great experience with this dealership back in January. I had a few service issues and was advised that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. This had not been reported dealership back in January. I had a few service issues and was advised that the vehicle had been in a front end collision. This had not been reported to the insurance therefore didn’t show up on Carfax. It still should have been caught upon inspection at the dealership prior to sale. The repairs fell on my responsibility. Fast forward, the NEW GM Kory came to the rescue. I went in and spoke with him and he didn’t try to hustle or hassle me whatsoever. He listened and was sympathetic and empathetic and apologetic. He went above and beyond his way to make it right. I walked in there with all intentions of getting out from under that vehicle and going to another dealership. But Kory and his saleswoman Yaru were determined to right what was wrong. I would recommend Patriot CDJR of Tulsa to anyone, especially a female buyer. Kory even took the time to show me things to look for, that would show signs of alterations, modifications, damage or repairs. He took me under the hood, around the tires and the entire car. I can’t thank him enough for making this nightmare turn into my dream vehicle. Thank you Kory and Yaru! More

Signed August 27, didn't receive the car until Monday August 30. 24 hrs later car wouldn't start. Had to get a jump at the gas pump.
