The service was good and the staff was very helpful. The issue was for a 6 month service and brake change it took 4 hours. That did limit me as to what I could accomplish that day. Making the appt took 3 phone calls in addition to setting it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli. I was told after I dropped off that I had no appt a it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli. I was told after I dropped off that I had no appt at 7:30am, then that i ha forfeited it by leaving the car overnight. Mr Mays worked it all out but the process was very frustrating. More
