He treated me with the respect while listening to my needs and addressed them all. He was thorough and most of all, listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them all. Lastly, having been in sales, I recognize great salesmanship. He knew I was looking and called me about an hour later which did it for me:-) I went back and now have the perfect car for me!
