Y.Lee was patient in identifying the exact color and interior style that I wanted, and he went out of the way in finding the best car that matched my requirements, included free mats, cargo net, and Tint. YLEE also spent a good amount of time to help negotiate the price of alloy wheels and installation, together with help from Dave walker. Y Lee meticulously explained the various features of the car and he also gave me a ride to pick up my car. Overall I did feel the folks I dealt with were sincere & dependable, pending the alloy wheel and installation all other commitments were honored. More

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this branch of Toyota from Y Lee. Normally I'm always skeptical to buy a new car because of the stigma about people being pushy when it comes to getting one. I've never had that issue with Toyota. They always go out of their way to make sure you're getting the car you want. My experience with Y Lee was great. He made sure I had all my options, tailored picks based on even the littlest detail that I wanted, and was honest throughout my entire purchase. He was absolutely wonderful. I got a car I love, and didn't feel pressured to buy if I had any issues with even a small detail like the interior color. I highly recommend this Toyota location to all my friends and family. Everyone here is really helpful, and makes you feel like you're not some number on a board. More

One of the best car buying experience I went to Charles maund with a friend who was looking for a car to buy. We were looking only for a preowned Rav 4. We had one of the best experience due to our sales agent .. Mr. Y Lee. He was patient and very meticulous explaining every vehicle we looked at. After we narrowed down our choices we went for a test drive during which he explained very little feature out there. Opened the hood and showed the engine as well. We had almost finalized the preowned car, when we realized that difference between the total cost of preowned and new vehicle wasn't much and Mr Lee helped my friend finalize a new Rav 4 xle.. Based on which vehicle will provide most ROI. I think we were there for almost 5 hours. Throughout the process he ensured we were comfortable offering water , coffee and popcorn every hour or so. During negotiation, he was very professional . When we showered him comparable prices from similar class of vehicles ( eg Honda ), true car and kbb, he was able to give us a good deal as per our expectation. Way to go Mr Lee. I told him that before coming to them , we had been to atleast 6-7 different dealers and none of them even came close to the level service Mr Lee provided. He told us that he like what he does and he sells service and not the car. ?? If you are in the market to buy a new or preowned vehicle, do consider Mr Y. Lee at Charles Maund. More

Mr Y.Lee is the only person you need Any dealer can easily sell a car to a person with good or average credit. But mine is UGLYI went in to try my luck and was greeted by Mr. Y.Lee. After the initial rituals of test drive, color selection etc he asked about my credit and I told him it is so so. He could have just pointed me over to finance and asked me to handle them. But he went to extreme lengths of working all the way up in the management ladder. Initially they declined. Later he personally worked with Chris Martinez the BIG BOSS of charles maund and somehow got an approval at a good interest rate too. 0 down payment. We had some disagreements and arguments during the process. But he is a very nice and patient person. He would give a deal you cannot refuse Everybody does all the homework of going through truecar and these guys even beat that price I tried with all auto nation, round rock toyota, don ringler, and even toyota of plano.. Y.Lee is the only one who got me into a new car among all these dealers. More
