Oh no, yet another entitled Californian cry-baby didn't get his way and wants to pout about it on Google for the "world" to see. I'll be happy to tell you all the full story. Yousefi decided to use an unauthorized electric car charger to charge his Ariya on their way to Vegas from Cali and it had an adverse effect on the vehicles charging system. Similar to putting bad gas in a normal vehicle. They had the vehicle towed to our shop. Without an appointment and with no prior notice it was coming. Our store has one Nissan electric certified technician who had a full schedule that day, but said he could try to work it in. Then Yousefi's crazy wife starts screaming and yelling at Wyatt and the service manager, before I (the GM) stepped in to see what was going on. She tells some sad story about how they're traveling and will lose their jobs and insists that we HAVE to help them. We agree that we can get the car in that day but its going to be a few hours as our technician had 3 Nissan leaf customers ahead of them all that had appointments for that day. 20 minutes later Yousefi's crazy wife upset that we didn't drop everything to get them pushed to the front of the line, storms her way into the sales tower to me to complain again and demands an update on her vehicle. I said the update is, its not been looked at yet, but you're welcome to take it to another Nissan store if that would be more convenient for you. She pouts and cries some more and returns to our waiting room. Once our technician freed up and looked at their vehicle, he determined the cause of the problem was the unauthorized vehicle charger they had used to charge their vehicle. Not an issue that warranty would cover, as its not a manufacturing defect, its human stupidity that caused it. So yes, there was a charge for it. The charge lead them to reach out to Nissan to try to get their vehicle lemon-law bought back haha, instantly was denied. Then the husband, after we bent over backwards to get them taken care of and rushed in so they could get back on the road, has the stones to ask for a discount on his service. The audacity of these entitled mo-mos I swear. However, I agreed I would give him one in exchange for a 5 star review, since we're a fairly new store and well, you can see how that worked out for us. So in retrospect, these are miserable people who were in a bad situation, that belittled our employees, yelled in our showroom and on our service drive, that we regrettably helped out of it, and what a shocker they hate us for it! We can only hope to never see or hear from them again. We would also highly recommend that if they visit your business that you throw them out immediately, we sure wish we had!
