The usual dealership tactics and promises that were never met and then the other issues. Called and called, til we agreed to come in. We were tired and told everytwould be ready, so it would only take a few met and then the other issues. Called and called, til we agreed to come in. We were tired and told everytwould be ready, so it would only take a few minutes. The trade in we gave them was a Nissan rogue with recall issues. That is a Nissan problem not mine. Still did not give me a good deal on it, but they refused to fix the issues. The car we got was marked on sale at 24k. The following week if we would have waited for memorial day would been 3k cheaper. Lucky for us though after all the mark ups we got it for 37k. We also said no warranties other than gap. But there are 3 extra charges on the contract -warranties. The lock system was not removed from the new car. So when we got home, and shut the car off, car did not start the next day. I still had to take a bus to work. Had to walk 3/4 of a mile to the stop and back. On the way back it was around 95 degrees outside. Not happy with the deal. They could have honored the sale price, they could have gone over the contract with us. But because we are senior citizens or the fact we are women, we were screwed over More

The overall process felt frustrating, misleading, and far less transparent than it should have been. From my experience, there are much better dealerships in Las Vegas that provide a more straightforward and professional buying experience. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this dealership all together. This dealership lives up in every way to WHAT'S WRONG with DEALERSHIPS. Why reward these types of dealerships with your business? Educate yourself before making such a big decision and shop around avoiding the poorly run ones. I would start by avoiding 777 Nissan. I was especially disappointed by empty promises, lack of communication and the expensive add-ons, including KARR Security (google reviews and see people's experience on this type of security system, generally not good) that did not feel clearly disclosed upfront and appeared primarily intended to increase profits. The overall experience from 777 Nissan left me feeling like customer service and honesty were not priorities. For me, the wasted time, stress, and lack of transparency made this a dealership a very disappointing experience that I would not return to or recommend for either new or used vehicle purchases. I hope this review helps other buyers make a more informed decision before choosing where to do business. More
