Service manager is unprofessional answering the phone, tells untruths about the progress of my vehicle, horrible at providing any updates. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle that reeked of cigarette tells untruths about the progress of my vehicle, horrible at providing any updates. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke and had 1/8 of a tank of gas to replace my 2023 Denali that was damaged during my service appointment. My vehicle has been there now for almost 3 weeks and the dealership has never initiated an update. More
