I had a 9am appointment for a scheduled oil change and maintenance. When we dropped the Yukon off we were told that we were eighth in line. We left the car. Sarting at 2 o'clock I began to call. The girls maintenance. When we dropped the Yukon off we were told that we were eighth in line. We left the car. Sarting at 2 o'clock I began to call. The girls that were answering the phone kept passing me to people and no one was at their desk.I kept on getting voicemails.I kept on calling back requesting to speak to someone or a manager and again, they would transfer me to someone's voicemail.I did not get a return call until 2:20.My advisor was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. It was super troubling that I could not get anyone on the telephone. More
